Ho-Beom’s Redemption Episode 10 of Navillera begins with Deok-Chool shocked that Chae-Rok knew about his condition. He sobs, eventually pulling himself together enough to plead with Chae-Rok not to tell anyone. Well, Seong-Gwan already knows, which Deok-Chool now finds out too. Following his student outside, Chae-Rok saves Deok-Chool from walking into traffic. Meanwhile, Mu-Yeong confronts Ho-Beom and apologizes for the past. Ho-Beom refuses to listen, bemoaning his luck and claiming that Mu-Yeong ruined his career....

Setting The Pieces Up For Round 2 The finale to NOS4A2 confirms one thing – we’re not getting a solid resolution to the story this season. With the door left wide open for a second season and all the pieces aligned to see that come to fruition, AMC’s newest horror series does well to keep thing entertaining but feels like it drops the ball late on with a story that fails to wrap up any of its narrative....

The Curse Of The Strong Creative NOS4A2 takes a break from its conflict between Charlie Manx and Vic for a deeper exploration of what it means to be a strong creative. We begin in 1954 where a charming Charlie Manx promises his girlfriend, a waitress at a diner, a ring and the world. She happens to be Jolene, the lady we met several episodes earlier whose also a strong creative. Chased in his car down a long, empty road, Manx curses his luck as Jolene teleports away after rejecting his offer....

Echo Episode 4 of Now, We Are Breaking Up begins on the night of Soo-wan’s death as he calls Jae-guk from his car. Jae-guk is confused by whatever Soo-wan tells him, but the car crashes before Soo-wan can explain. In the present, Young-eun questions all the resentment and misery she’s held onto without knowing Soo-wan passed away. Sono’s popularity is in a steady decline, and the new dresses aren’t selling, even though Young-eun went ahead with their release....

This time around, Pokemon Journeys gets a new lick of paint, some interesting stories chock full of different Pokemon species and an adventure that spans multiple regions seen throughout the years. Following Netflix’s acquisition of the wildly popular anime, the first 12 episodes debut on the streaming platform on the 12th June, with a subsequent 12 episodes arriving every 3 months thereafter....

General Manager Kim We begin episode 7 of Private Lives with Jeong-Hwan heading up to the top floor and walking tentatively down the corridors. A sign for the Gentleman’s Club grabs his attention but when he receives intel that Mr Kim has gone, he’s surrounded by security. They demand to see his visitor card but he calls their bluff, playing the room and telling them all he’s a reporter. Thankfully it’s just the distraction he needs to charge away through the neon-lit rooms to the elevator....

Mother refuses to use violence though, shrugging off the suggestion of using guns and reinforcing that she’s a peaceful android now. Instead, she’s granted the role of “Punisher”, complete with a menacing mask and metal suit to boot....

Salvame Episode 6 of Rebelde begins with Anita communicating with Luka at the party, telling him the group are close to giving up. She tells him he needs to keep pushing this and make sure it’;s finalized. When the call ends, Anita grills Sebas for almost blowing their cover. She encouraged him not to go to the party but he didn’t listen, and now they’ve been put in a difficult position....

Your Name Is Episode 2 of Reflection of You begins with Hui-Ju in her studio deep in thought. She’s clearly concerned about Hae-Won’s arrival and believes there’s more to this than meets the eye. At the same time, Hyeong-Seong learns that the unconscious man’s name is Woo-Jae. It would appear as if he’s related to Hae-Won, and a photo of the pair together with Hui-Ju only reinforces this. In the middle of the night, the family are awoken by loud music coming from Li-Sa’s room....

Renewed Or Cancelled? Yumi’s Cells is a cleverly written and quirky romcom, taking cues from Inside Out to portray internal “Cell Lands” to portray different emotions. Generally each episode can be found on Viki shortly after broadcast, with the hard-working subtitle team translating relatively quickly (usually within 24 hours) This 14 episode drama has been consistently decent, releasing with the usual two episodes a week every Saturday and Sunday.
