The Complaint Episode 4 of This is Going to Hurt starts with all our characters preparing for another day on the ward. The juxtaposition between Lockhart’s fancy car and Adam’s beaten up ride is certainly an amusing, but somewhat depressing, tidbit. When Adam and Shruti arrive at Lockhart’s office, Erika’s complaint has forced him to reconsider taking the blame for Adam’s mishap, and instead he throws Adam under the bus. The thing is, Adam has already submitted his statement about Lockhart agreeing to send her home, putting Shruti in a difficult position....

The Finale Episode 7 of This is Going To Hurt begins two months after the traumatic events that took Shruti’s life. The labour ward is packed, and the ghosts of Shruti continue to hang over Adam. Even worse, her replacement, Al, isn’t exactly up to scratch right now. What happens at Shruti’s memorial? Still, it’s Shruti’s memorial that comes into focus here and they’re going to remember her life by planting an oak tree outside....

Brother Blood Episode 6 of Titans Season 4 starts with Rachel and Kory heading back to S.T.A.R. Labs. They contemplate just what to do about their current situation, and given they’ve now lost Sebastian, that’s not good news. However, Sebastian is actually in the process of transforming, with Mother Mayhem enticing him to drink from the Well of Blood, with a number of flashbacks to flesh out more of Sebastian’s backstory and upbringing in the process....

But now, the term ‘rom-com’ has to be uttered in hush tones, quiet enough so no one hears you. It has come to mean nothing more than ‘silly, air-head movies that are only good for background noise’. Why? Let’s find out. Personally, I have always been a sucker for romantic comedies. Ever since I was little, I have been an avid watcher of rom-coms, in all its nuances and time periods....

The episode then cuts to a scene where Seo-joon is filming for one of his upcoming projects. The director of the project keeps delaying his shoot and disrupting his schedule. Seo-joon’s manager Baek Ho-min too is unable to speak up for the actor as the assistant director of the projects seems to be under a lot of pressure. Suddenly, Seo-joon plans on fleeing after abandoning the shoot. He explains that the assistant director and the rest of the crew were not sleeping well to meet the director’s demands....

The First Female Police Chief Another year rolls round and another new slew of Spring shows to digest. Of course, no palette would be complete without a few police procedurals thrown in for good measure. On paper, Tommy looks like a feel-good formulaic show, with simple cases dabbled with some political intrigue and empathetic characters to root for. Unfortunately the execution fails to hit the mark, with clunky exposition, some political agenda-driven writing that hammers home the same message repeatedly and a very simple set-up....

Like Cain Did Abel Why did Simone pretend to be Daphne? Episode 7 of True Story Begins this final episode with Kid reeling over the revelation that his brother is dirty and he’s been played. Simone is Daphne, of course, and now Kid knows too. He waits outside her apartment and eventually approaches her, demanding answers. It turns out Carlton offered her a lucrative sum of money (a couple of grand to be precise) to play dead....

All These Women Episode 6 of Truth Be Told Season 2 starts with Poppy on her podcast, giving a no-holds-barred assessment of Micah and Holt’s relationship. As she sends it out to the airwaves, Markus comments incredulously how his has gone viral. Off the back of this, Micah chills in her office. She’s completely nonchalant to the sheer number of resignations and that three sponsors have postponed. In order to do damage control, Micah decides to call all the press together and talk to them....

Alternate Medicine Episode 4 of Under The Queen’s Umbrella picks up with Grand Prince Seongnam checking out the smoky remnants of Gyeseong’s hidden house. He realizes something is untoward but that’s not all. He also bursts into the chambers and finds the Crown Prince is sickly and receiving treatment. Hwa-Ryeong shows up and points out that she has plans to signify the King what’s happening but right now, it’s imperative they keep this a secret The Crown Prince is suffering from Hyeolheogwol, which is something that Crown Prince Taein also had in the past....

The Shooter Undercover begins it’s seventh episode with Marc confronting Walter about his contact with John. He tells him that from now on, everything John tells him will have to be reported to him or he will get him arrested. We then cut back to the night before where we see the gunman shooting at all 3 men. Ferry ends up being shot in the chest but Bob saves the day by shooting the gunman who flees the scene....

Making love is awkward and she pleads with him to stop, telling him it hurts. In the aftermath of this, Miriam arrives and hands over a box in a bid to help her make love with Yanky. Only, it doesn’t seem to work and their marriage continues to have issues....

Order 2472 Episode 5 of Utopia begins with Michael continuing to work with Dale, who pleads with him to save his daughter. Only, as we soon find out this isn’t actually his daughter. It’s actually a guinea pig used to forward his own agenda. A photographer arrives and takes a picture of him with the girl not long after Michael takes a blood sample. He then administers the vaccine and the group are forced to wait and see what happens....

Vampire Academy Episode 5 Vampire Academy is based on the books by Richelle Mead, centering on a world of privilege and glamour. Two young women’s friendship transcends their strikingly different classes, with both preparing to complete their education and enter vampire society. The latest series from Julie Plec is a very different YA romance adaptation but if you love vampires, romance and end of the world drama, you should be in your element with this one....

Rage Episode 16 of Vincenzo begins with Vincenzo held up at gunpoint for the murder of CEO Oh. Unfortunately the officers received a message from Oh himself, claiming that Vincenzo abducted him. On the back of this, Vincenzo hits back and knocks the officers down, freeing himself from the handcuffs and fleeing. He heads straight downstairs and into Hong-Sik’s car. Meanwhile, Seok-Do bumps into the assailant up in the stairwell and the two go toe to toe....

War of Y Episode 8 War of Y is the latest midweek Thai drama, one that looks set to depict various different romantic and dramatic ventures. This drama is divided into four stories about struggles within the entertainment industry. The first story is called “New Ship”, the second “War of Managers” while story 3 is called “Y-Idol.” Finally, the fourth story is called “Wife”. Each of these tales look to depict a different side of romance, with a pretty stacked cast across the board....

The New Contract The latest episode of Was It Love concentrates on Ae-Jeong’s strong determination to make it and clear her debt. She is definitely a strong and interesting character and the show has done a good job building her up as a really likable protagonist. Episode 3 of Was It Love? starts where it left off with Ha-Nee discovering her mother’s pregnancy diary and mentioning that her father may be Yeon-Woo....

Enid instincts on going along with Wednesday and it turns out to be a birthday surprise party for Wednesday. As they sing her happy birthday, she notices the writing on the old fireplace is the same as the writings burned on the school’s lawn. She gets a vision and sees Goody warning her about Crackstone’s impending visit. She asks Wednesday to seek a place in the vision and tells her that as a raven psychic she will have a solitary path which means she will end up alone unable to trust others....

The Leaf Umbrella MBC’s latest Wednesday/Thursday night drama gets off to a wonderful start as the opening 2 episodes lay for the foundations for this story to follow. With a wonderful musical score, some nicely placed comedy and lots of bubbling romance, When I Was Most Beautiful may prove to be an essential watch for romance fans. We begin episode 1 of When I Was the Most Beautiful in Summer 2013 with optimistic student Seo-Hwan riding his bike....
