Of Mages, Malice, and Monstrous Mayhem Episode 4 of The Witcher: Blood Origin starts this final episode with war coming to Xin’Trea. Merwyn the Massacre’s attention though is for further lands afield, wanting to conquer them and rule all with one leader. She intends to lead a new Golden Age… but there’s a peoblem. Balor conjures a portal and betrays them all, killing Fenrik and embracing his newfound Chaos powers that he asked for....

Unlike TV which we rated recently on the site, the video game list has been limited somewhat to only playing games on a PS4. Although this will be changed going forward to 2019 (thanks in part due to a new gaming PC in the office), the list below of top 10 games are essentially the best PS4 games we had a chance to play through/ With this in mind, here’s our top 10 choices for the best video games 2018 offered us....

The Dreaded Time Jump We begin episode 14 of True Beauty with Soo-Ho kissing Ju-Kyung’s forehead and hugging her warmly. As shocked screams from the other girls ring out, they can only watch as the pair walk off hand in hand. Ju-Kyung remains determined to be true to herself now and that includes walking into class holding hands with Soo-Ho. Soo-Jin is obviously not happy. Meanwhile, Joon-Woo continues to be swayed by Hee-Kyung, seeing her car parked up at school and throwing leaves at it....

“ROAR!” We begin episode 6 of True Beauty with Ju-Kyung comforting Soo-Ho after telling him she knows everything. He reassures her that he’s okay but it’s clear he’s not. Anyway, they’re suddenly interrupted by a fire alarm that sends everyone in the building up to the rooftop. Soo-Ho does his best to protect Ju-Kyung, eventually walking her down the stairs to the bus stop. Ju-Kyung gets on her bus but before she does, tells Soo-Ho that sometimes it’s okay to cry....

“Owen Sends His Best” Episode 3 of Truth Be Told finally gives us more background into Poppy’s family. It’s something that’s been sorely lacking so far in the show and here we see a lot of tension come to the foreground as it’s explored. This latest chapter had some pretty tough scenes to watch too, especially towards the end of the episode. Owen is fast becoming the main antagonist here though and as he closes in on Poppy and her family, he means business....

The Big Secret Episode 2 of Under The Queen’s Umbrella begins with Dowager seeming quite intent on pushing Uiseong towards the crown. She visits Hwang, his mother, and the two talk about Hwa’s credentials and fitness to rule. The mystery for Hwa to solve at that moment is the cause of Taein’s death. Yoon seems to believe that he didn’t die because of it, as was confirmed by the physician. Other princes are being prepared for the race to be chosen as the next Crown Prince and Hwa is vary of that notion....

The story takes place deep in the Joseon Era, and within the palace exists troublemaking princes who cause nothing but headaches for the royal family. In particular for their mother, the Queen Hwa-Ryeong who’s supposed to act with grace and dignity, but for her sons playing up. Understandably, she ends up exasperated and sensitive. Every day of her life is full of trials and challenges but perhaps none are more challenging than simultaneously helping to run a Kingdom and raise two troublesome kids!...

The Marshes Episode 3 of Vikings: Valhalla begins in Kent, with the Vikings raiding a settlement. It’s a bloodbath, with a Christian priest killed with a spear, while outside Leif and Harald work together to hold off the troops. Olaf meanwhile, finds a bunch of women hiding under the floorboards, including the Mistress of Kent. On her knees before the bloodied Vikings, she tells them all that Aethelred is dead and has been for 10 days....

Working With The Enemy Episode 7 of Vincenzo begins with Vincenzo Cassano being led into the courtroom as the surprise witness. He’s not just a witness though, he’s actually an assailant too; the assailant who assaulted several managers at Babel Chemicals. This is how he’s worked into the court-room. As the hall looks set to explode into a frenzy of rejections, Vincenzo brandishes the cell phone belonging to the head researcher....

The Long Goodbye Is Jack the father to Mel’s baby? Episode 12 of Virgin River Season 4 starts with Mel accepting Jack’s proposal. Of course she does, was that ever in doubt? In front of the flickering flames of the fire, under the moonlit sky, dancing off the water like diamonds, the pair kiss and prepare for the next chapter of their life. Two days then pass and we catch up with the pair in a suite together....

Fake News Episode 12 of Was It Love brings some much-needed development for our characters. The pace quickens and the story is moving forward more than we have seen in the last few weeks. The latest cliffhanger promises to bring interesting drama next week too. The episode begins with a flashback showing Dae-Oh returning to his parents and finding his father drunk. We then see him quitting college and working hard but distancing himself from Ae-Jeong....

Letters Episode 4 of We Children from Bahnhof Zoo begins with Christiane having a bad dream. When she awakens, she finds the whole room shaking. She rushes into her Mother’s room but finds her in bed with Milos. Kicking and screaming, Stella is brought back home by the police. Pauly is there too, and Stella tells her Mother to question him over why she’s acting like this. Now Nita realizes exactly what’s happened....
