He walks up to the trio’s table just when the blackout happens. Charles reveals that Lucy is home alone to Marv, who seems concerned. Charles cannot call Lucy as the service goes out. Oliver gets the email with the DNA results but cannot open it as there is no internet....

The Void Episode 1 of Outer Range begins on the Abbott Ranch. Royal Abbott awakens, unaware that his entire life is about to change forever. The sun pokes its lazy head above the horizon as Royal does the rounds on his horse, heading out into the pasture. While there, he begins hearing strange noises; ominous rumbles that lead him to lose track of time. For now though we see more of the day to day life of these ranch owners....

The Unknown Episode 7 of Outer Range starts in the past with Royal speaking to Perry at the Roller Disco. He’s been in a fight and has ended up hitting the Tillerson boys. Perry is confused about the anger he’s feeling. Royal tells his son it’s not just him but before he can open up and tell him about his past, Royal stops and stays silent. More secrets are being kept here but alas, they will be revealed shortly, don’t worry!...

The Trap P-Valley returns this week with a bit more plot development and an intense focus on Mercedes throughout the 51 minute episode. While the show continues to fall into the trap of failing to show the past for our characters, there’s just enough to whet the appetite and come back for more next week – especially after the ending! Episode 4 of P-Valley begins after an altercation with Keyshawn and a customer front-of-house....

Joust Episode 10 of Panic season 1 begins this tense finale with one final challenge – Joust. Two players face off at the Phantom Hill straightaway. This happens to be a half mile stretch of road where two people go head-on in a game of chicken. The victor is the one who doesn’t turn the wheel. Before that though, Heather shows up at the hospital where she reveals to Ray that Cortez is the one behind everything....

The Myth of the Incubus Where is Shiraz? It’s a question that’s plagued Refaat since Reda’s death and one that sees him constantly scribbling in his notebook. Holding back coughs, episode 5 of Paranormal begins with Refaat popping some pills and looking over the ripped High Priestess card. This signifies dreams and the subconscious mind… could this be how to find Shiraz? Refaat seems to think so and visits doctor Kamal, asking if there’s a way to dream of specific people....

Ghosts From The Past Prodigal Son returns this week with another good episode, one that leaves things wide open for the future as the past comes crashing into the present for our latest case. With a decent build-up of tension, the episode slips up a little by using too much exposition delivered through phone conversations but there’s enough here to make for an enjoyable slice of drama nonetheless. In 2007, Bright interviews his father and asks him how he’d kill if he had the chance....

It’s All In The Execution Episode 1 of Prodigal Son Season 2 begins with a dollop of heavy-handed exposition, catching us up with Malcolm as he tells rather than shows us what happened last season. Midway through this scene, he breaks down the entire story of last year’s plot to the man standing next to him; a killer the police are after called the Penthouse Slasher. After a brief stand-off involving a knife, Malcolm and the others manage to apprehend their suspect....

Nam-Sik’s Woes Episode 1 of Remarriage & Desires begins with a man named Kang Nam-Sik standing on the edge of a roof… and seemingly pushed by someone behind. We then cut to his wife, Hye-Seung waking up to find police showing and immediately investigating all of her belongings. She complies with their wishes. Unfortunately, the golf balls he’s using seem to hint that he has been having an affair. Seo Hye-Seung is a teacher....

The Masquerade Ball Episode 3 of Remarriage & Desires begins back at the masquerade ball as the prospective bachelor “Zeus” becomes the main target for Yoo-Hui. While she prepares for battle, we cut back in time and see what’s led up to this masquerade ball. Yoo-Hui stitches up Hye-Seung with a new project from school, making sure she’s indisposed and making her life much more difficult. Hye-Seung shrugs it off though and continues on, although she also brings Min-Ji to school to show her around....

After suffering poor sales from being exclusively available to Xbox customers only, Rise Of The Tomb Raider’s delayed arrival to Sony’s flagship console proves to be a delay worth waitng for, improving on almost every aspect of the first game....

Saving The Assassins Episode 6 of River Where The Moon Rises begins with Dal inviting the villagers over to the well and showing them the water. Pyong Gang speaks to the chief privately who admits that he sent her off to the palace to kill the King on purpose. After all, if a high-born daughter killed her King then it would throw the kingdom into turmoil. Pyong Gang is not happy but she remains shocked when she finds out that Tara San and Tara Jin have both been captured....

The End After a little over 3 months of weekly episodes, Rookie Historian bows out with a pretty good finale, one that leaves little question over whether a second season is coming, wrapping up all of its plot points in a relatively satisfying manner. Although these final couple of episodes have felt a little more urgent compared to what we’ve seen before, there’s enough here to make for an enjoyable watch nonetheless....

Officer Min’s Past Rookie Historian returns today for another episode of historical drama, this time interestingly turning the focus on Officer Min instead. With the first signs of a possible love triangle in the future and more backstory around our characters, Rookie Historian continues to deliver the goods in its latest hour-long episode. We return to Goo and Lee hiding out from the rain. As it begins to subside, they venture out and hold hands, deciding it’s the best course of action to avoid being attacked by a tiger....

Kiss & Run Would you run away from your spouse and kids for a train ride to Chicago with a teenager sweetheart? If the answer is no, then it’s unlikely Run is a show you’ll find very believable. The problem Run faces is the same one that last year’s dystopian bestseller Vox by Christina Dalcher faces – the lead protagonist just isn’t very likable. This week sees us return with another episode that solidifies this and although some of the humour is well written, it’s not enough to look past the glaring problems with this comedy, now starting to slow down and drip feeding us information in these 30 minute segments....

Running Away Episode 13 of Run On begins with a teary-eyed Mi-Joo telling Seon-Gyeom she doesn’t want to be disappointed anymore. As she voices her problems, Seon-Gyeom asks if she wants to break up. Her silence speaks volumes as he presser her for an answer. Eventually Mi-Joo agrees to give it some time to think over what she wants to do. With Seon-Gyeom back home, Mi-Joo heads back inside and flashes back to an earlier conversation with Seon-Gyeom’s sister about her dilemma....
